Toronto, Canada: Stretching exercises can assist manage blood pressure improved, a new research has found. On the opposing, some experts persist that bodybuilding exercises can be healthier than fast walking.

The best part of participants also had blood pressure presently higher than normal, ie 130/85 to 139/89, or had first-degree blood pressure, from 140/90 to 159/99. The standard age of all participants was 61 years. The outcome showed that stretching was also a huge achievement in calculating blood pressure
